GEORGE CANYON Canadian country music legend George Canyon is continually melding his love of family with his passion for music; his integrity and dedication to his family are reflected through the songs he writes and the stories he tells. A multi-JUNO award winner and PLATINUM selling artist, Canyon’s latest album I Got This landed him back in the saddle; a culmination of two years of writing, and working with incredibly talented writers, producers and musicians. Showing no signs of slowing down, Canyon performed a 40 date “Jekyll and Nothing To Hide” 2016 cross Canada tour. “I wanted to create a record that was fun to play, and exciting for the fans to listen to. It’s been a while since I’ve had an album of new original songs, and these songs put a smile on my face” says Canyon. I Got This debuted as the #1 Canadian Country album at its time of release (Feb 5th, 2016), and held the top spot for 5 weeks. The first single, and title track went Top 10 in Canada at Country radio followed by another Top 10 radio summer hit “Daughters Of The Sun”. I Got This marks Canyon’s eleventh full-length release in a career that spans nearly two decades and includes the GOLD-certified albums “One Good Friend”, “Classics”, “Somebody Wrote Love” and the Richard Marx produced “Better Be Home Soon”. With 400,000 albums sold worldwide, multiple major acting roles on television, and the 2015 launch of his radio show “Down East Country with George Canyon”, the singer-songwriter has cemented his status as a bona fide multi-faceted artist and performer. A Nova Scotia native, Canyon is an inductee in the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame and has been widely decorated with a number of accolades including multiple CCMA and ECMA Awards in addition to his multiple JUNO Award wins. As the national spokesperson for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a vocal advocate and supporter of the Canadian Military, Canyon was also presented with the CCMA “Humanitarian of the Year” Award in recognition of his philanthropic endeavours with both organizations. Canyon is currently writing and in pre-production for his 2017 release.

Aaron Pritchett retains his title as one of Canada’s most electrifying entertainers, as he prepares to release his 8th studio album - “Out On The Town.” With 14 career top ten singles, a gold selling smash hit, a recent string of top 10 songs, and a massive headlining national tour, Pritchett continues to pave his way to indelible legacy.

Nationally, Pritchett continues to evolve his profile with a formula of intensity and consistency applied to his social media fan engagements, his tour itinerary, and - his music. “I have been fortunate enough to write & co-write many of my hits, but once we hit the studio, I set my ego aside. The best song wins, whether or not I have a hand in writing it. That’s what my fans deserve and that’s what they’ll always get from me.”

With multiple Canadian Country Music Association Award wins, and Juno nominations to his credit, Pritchett has never forgotten where he came from - and neither have folks from his home province. Pritchett recently celebrated 5 more British Columbia Country Music Association Awards wins - bringing his career total to 38 awards. A BCCMA record that will likely stand the test of time!

“I’m grateful everyday to be in this business. I was born to be onstage, and I am so thankful for my fans. They’ve stuck with me through thick and thin, and I’ll keep releasing the best music I can, and kicking ass in my live shows to continue to show my appreciation for their loyalty and love.”

Pritchett’s new single “Better When I Do” is at Canadian Country radio now.
