Tickets:$20, $5 for fundraiser

In light of the unfortunate postponing of One Bad Son which was set to go down on December 5th as a fundraiser for one of our staff members, we're throwing a COMEDY NIGHT instead!

Tickets are $20 at the door with $5 going towards the fundraiser (tickets for OBS are not acceptable admission for this event). Money raised is going towards a staff member who was injured recently in an accident and is on the road to recovery.

Starting the night with Daylan Delaney prior to our comics hitting the stage at 8PM.

Our friends over Good Times lined up 3 AMAZING comedians to give you a good show.

The two comedians who are performing tonight:
MATT FOSTER!
Yet another case of professional drummer turned comedian, Matt Foster has thrown down his sticks to take up the call of the microphone, giving ‘drummer jokes’ a whole new meaning. With over fifteen years of performance experience, and performing for thousands of people every night on cruise ships, he is at home nowhere if not on stage. In a relatively short time Matt has established himself as a seriously funny comedian, performing on stages all around western Canada. A regular crowd favourite, his hilarious observations, clever writing, and anecdotes embarrassing enough to make a stone squirm are sure to have you rolling in the aisles.

DALE WARD!
A professional artist and a master electrician (only because he likes being called “Master”) His passion and drive for comedy led him to win the 2017 FunnyFest competition, the 2018 Best Comedian for Late Night At The Plaza, 2019’s Original Comedy Competition, and more! Dale’s ridiculous and strange one-liners, odd observations and high-energy style will make you think and laugh!

We're kicking things off at 6PM. We will be having a silent auction, 50/50 draw, and a chance to win a Budweiser Recliner...only a $5 donation to enter your name!

$8 poutines all night and HAPPY HOUR ALL-DAY!

Silent Auction starting at 6PM until the end of intermission, all funds raised are going toward the fundraiser.

50/50 draw with half of the proceeds being donated.

Win a Budweiser Recliner, $5 donation to enter your name!

Food Special $8.00 Poutines
Drink Special: Happy Hour all-day

We hope to see all your beautiful faces!

One Bad Son joins us in December at Average Joe's. Your favourite Canadian rock band is BACK! Hailing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, One Bad Son is going to tear down the roof on December 5th. This show has officially been postponed until Jan. 30.

Their new album is called Made In The Name Of Rock N Roll, and it's a title that says it all in terms of what originally brought the band together, and what continues to drive them 13 years later.

Anticipation for the album was stoked months in advance by the first single "Ragin Bull," which spent four weeks atop the Canadian Mainstream Rock chart. But it was merely a taste of what One Bad Son and producer Gavin Brown (Billy Talent, Metric) accomplished with the full album - an unabashed testament to the thrills of arena-ready guitars and choruses.

Show will happen on December 5th, 2019 starting at 9PM. Grab your tickets through EventBrite

Early Bird: $15
Presale: $20
General Admission: $25

One  Bad Son http://www.onebadson.com

In their twelve years as a band, One Bad Son (also known as OBS) has achieved two Top 5 singles and five Top 10 singles, has performed with the likes of Def Leppard and Judas Priest and worked with notable producers such as Gavin Brown (Three Days Grace, Billy Talent, Metric, The Tragically Hip) and Eric Ratz (Monster Truck, The Arkells. One Bad Son have clearly made their stamp noticeable in Canada to date.
The band has spent years touring constantly, converting audiences and gaining legions of loyal fans across the country; with multiple sold out tours, support and headline dates. OBS is one of the hardest working live Rock n’ Roll bands and are known for their successful and captivating live sets.
Over the past year, OBS have been working hard in the studio on their fifth full-length release and a leading single Raging Bill due out February 2017. Singer Shane Connery Volk, drummer Kurt Dahl, guitarist Adam Hicks and bassist Adam Grant agree that they have never been so excited to release new music to their fans. "This is definitely a new OBS. I feel like we've finally embraced what we are and what we are is Rock n’ Roll!! We've truly opened up and written songs that reflect the power and energy of OBS as well as expressing our eternal love for all the fans who keep Rock music alive!!” - Shane Volk
They couldn't have done album process this without the help of producer Gavin Brown and his work recording at the legendary Warehouse Studios in Vancouver, BC. "Gavin sees something in us that he doesn't see in bands anymore. Something collective and unspoken that happens when the four of us get in a room. It was our job to capture that thing and put it into song. I think we've done it, and written the best songs of our lives, but that's for the fans to decide." - Kurt Dahl
This is one release you wont want to miss! Stay tuned to OBS’ site and socials for more information and upcoming news: https://www.onebadson.com
