Theatre Outré to Didi's Playhaus. So to wrap up the end to one of our best seasons of improv yet- and bid a fond farewell to The Playhaus- we are pulling out all the stops and inviting every performer from this year to join us for one
last show!
To make sure that we can fit all of our improvisers into the show, we are doing three acts with some of the best improvised song and sketch games we have!

So to wrap up the end to one of our best seasons of improv yet, and bid a fond farewell to Didi's Playhaus, we are pulling out all the stops and inviting every performer from this year to join us for one last show!
To make sure that we can fit all of our improvisers into the show, we are doing three acts with some of the best improvised song and sketch games we have!
Act 1: Drunk Improv (7-8)
We will start with the show and format that has wowed audiences for the last two years, six performers will share the stage with some of the most popular games and sketches
Act 2: Retro Drunk Improv (8-9)
The cards are back! Anyone who came to a show prior to the pandemic might remember us drawing from a deck of cards which dictated their fate. Truth. Dare. Improv. It's all on the table.
Act 3: Fond Farewell (9-10)
Join every improviser from the last year, for a collection of their personal favorite games that they want to share with audeinces at the Playhaus one last time.

Join Erica & The ImpromptOu Players for a night of fun, festivities and improv games! Come on out and try your hand at your favourite improv games, work on new characters, develop your skills and make some new connections in a queer friendly setting!
This is a night all about you, so whether you are an aspiring star, need a break from life, or just want to get out of the house for some laughs, we are here for you!
There is no cover charge, however donations are gratefully accepted to help keep the doors to Didi's Playhaus open!
Theatre Outré’s has moved to the new location of 517 A 4 Ave South
Our vision for Club Didi is that it not only be a
home base for Theatre Outré’s operations, but that it be used by other theatre
and performance groups in the city who have also noticed the lack of
small and affordable theatre and cabaret space. We welcome you and hope
you’ll take advantage of what Club Didi is meant to be.
We also envision that our Club Didi can be a
gathering place for the city’s queer community along with their friends
and allies. It is a place where judgment, prudishness and censorship
are uninvited and where open expression of sexuality, humanity and
creativity is embraced with abandon.
Watch for a variety of events from Club Didi
including Movie & Cuddle Nights, musical tributes to gay icons,
strip spelling bees, Karaoke and, of course, our season of exciting
theatre.
Club Didi is equipped with seating for up to 40
people and can be set up in a variety of ways to suit your particular
needs. Cabaret seating with tables or traditional theatre seating are
both options.
We have an 8 x 8 foot raised stage available that
can be set up or removed as well making our playing space incredibly
versatile for performances and events of all kinds.
We also boast a surround sound system, mounted speakers, dvd player and projector for presentations, movies and karaoke.
